Yellow Mats
Outstone Inflatables mats measure 5ft x 3ft and are produced using the same 610oz cape grain PVC as our bouncy castles making them very resilient. The foam our company use is 1.5" but is firm and sufficient to provide identical impact protection as many of the 2" foam used on in the market. All our foam and material is flame resistant. The mats can be manufactured then twisted inside out to make a single side reveals any kind of sewing - most items are made to order so contact us if you have a preference. The mats are double stitched using bonded nylon rot proof thread. These mats can be used for most tasks within the entertainment and play sector such as bouncy castles, soft play and school gyms.
Outstone mats can have reattachable links added to the bottoms of individual mats to connect mats together - excellent for covering a larger surface without gaps. Whether you need one mat or 10 mats. We can supply some exceptional discounts for bigger volumes. Distribution is made using 48hr courier or pallets within the UK, or your welcome to collect at our manufacturing facility. We ship our items worldwide.
Our company can print any artwork on to the mats, from companies logos to complete personalised designs. Send over your print-ready artwork or ask about our design service. All printing is laminated to ensure UV resistance and to prevent any cracking or splitting.
